Episode 13 - Sit Down and Man UpWhile Teresa is concocting the latest product in her growing business empire, Kathy makes her humble start at an old gelato stand in her native town of Patterson. An accusation that Teresa is stealing family recipes for her own financial gain throws ice water on Teresa’s reconciliation with Kathy. Meanwhile, Jacqueline's husband, Chris, calls the husbands together for a sit down that exposes feuds and frail friendships, which sets the stage for a trip to Napa that can implode at any second.

Episode 14 - Pack Your BaggageAs Hurricane Irene bears down on New Jersey, the Housewives flee to the sunny, golden coastlines of California. With their stilettos, fake tans and dried sausage, they pile into cramped RVs for the road trip to end all road trips. With tensions between Caroline, Jacqueline and Teresa at an all-time high, it’s a constant struggle to keep the peace. Meanwhile, Teresa confronts Kathy over her “stolen recipe” accusations and sister-in-law Melissa attempts to show Teresa the error of her ways.

Episode 15 - If This Rv Is A Rockin'It's time to hang ten as the Housewives decide to take on California's supreme surfing waves. Jacqueline and Teresa try and see if their friendship can survive, meanwhile Caroline worries for her daughter Lauren, as she reaches her boiling point. Episode 17 - Hot Tub of Sour GrapesTemperatures aren't the only thing rising as the Housewives round out their California trip with a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Tempers flare when Caroline overhears a conversation between Teresa and Kathy. In one last blowout between Teresa and Caroline, it looks as though some friendships are just beyond repair. Meanwhile, Joe Giudice and Chris Laurita try to sort out their own issues over wine and cigars, but it turns into a battle zone when the men get involved with the women's issues that ultimately end in an early departure for some of the ladies.

Episode 18 - Dinasty of DenialThe ladies form new alliances after their return from the west coast. The Gorgas left Napa early to show their support of Teresa, but now, Melissa hopes to calm the wake that Teresa left behind by counseling asking Caroline to forgive her cantankerous sister-in-law. While Kathy goes to college, for a day, with her daughter Victoria, Caroline gets her crack at being an oracle on Sirius Radio. In the end, it's not just Teresa's new alcoholic beverage that's fizzing, when she invites her longtime ally and sister of the enemy, Dina, to her Fabellini release party.
