Episode 5 - 13.1When the Warehouse orders a computer upgrade from Global Dynamics, EUREKA's Fargo comes to handle the install. His computer tinkering accidentally unlocks a threat thats been lurking in the Warehouse computers for years, waiting to be unleashed. As the team scrambles to stay alive, they realize the only way to combat this terror is a secret from the Warehouse's past.

Episode 6 - Around the BendPete and Myka are in the field, about to complete a mission, when Mrs. Frederic makes a surprise appearance and assigns Pete alone a top-secret mission to smoke out a possible traitor. Pete's investigation sends him down a path of increasing conflict with the team, and eventually leads Myka and Artie to a surprising discovery.

Episode 7 - For the TeamMyka and Claudia investigate mysterious deaths on a college wrestling team, but they're shocked when an old foe shows up to help. And when Artie gets sick, Pete must seek medical assistance from an unwilling source.

Episode 8 - Merge With CautionThe Warehouse agents hope to spend a weekend just relaxing and being normal -- Pete with his girlfriend, Kelly, and Myka at her tenth high school reunion -- but an artifact gets in the way. Claudia sees a new side of Artie when they take on a mission of their own.

Episode 9 - VendettaWhen someone uses artifacts from Artie's past to commit a series of murders, the team must fly to Russia to track down the killer. But things get more complicated when HG tracks them down and offers to help. Meanwhile, Claudia digs into Todd's past and finds some disturbing information.

Episode 10 - Where and WhenAfter former Agent Rebecca reopens a Warehouse 13 cold case, Pete and Myka use H.G. Wells's time machine to travel back to the year 1961. Their mission: to save a group of innocent women from being turned to glass by an unknown killer... and make it back it to the future alive.

Episode 11 - BuriedWhen Mrs. Frederic becomes mysteriously ill, Pete, Myka and H.G. race to long-lost Warehouse 2 in Egypt in an effort to save her. Once there, they must navigate insurmountable challenges and potentially-lethal threats if they have any hope of curing Mrs. Frederic and getting out alive. Meanwhile, Claudia faces an impossible choice, forcing her to confront a hard truth about her future in Warehouse 13.

Episode 12 - ResetSeason Two Finale! Following the devastating events at Warehouse 2, the team races to stop a new threat. But it soon becomes clear they're chasing an artifact with far more destructive powers than they originally thought. Meanwhile, Pete's love for Kelly is put to the test, and Claudia asks Artie about her future.

Episode 13 - Secret SantaIn this long lost holiday episode of Warehouse 13, as the Warehouse team prepares to celebrate the holidays in snowy South Dakota, Pete (Eddie McClintock) and Myka (Joanne Kelly) are called upon to hunt down a malevolent Santa Claus. Meanwhile, in time for Hanukkah, Artie and his estranged father, Isadore Weisfelt reunite after 30 years. Award-winning actor Judd Hirsch guest stars as Arties father. Paul Blackthorne also guest stars as a harried workaholic who becomes terrorized by a strange series of robberies committed by a thief dressed as "jolly old Saint Nick!"
