Biography
About Sergio Di Zio

Became interested in acting during his last year in high school and claims he never had a "back-up plan" if it didn't work out. Studied English and history in college before dropping out to pursue acting. Made his film debut in 1995's National Lampoon's Senior Trip, in which he played the sensible class president traveling to D.C. with a group of troublemaking students.
Decided to stay in Toronto, as opposed to moving to L.A., for his acting career so that he could remain active in the theater. Identified with his Flashpoint character as both he and the character are Italians who grew up in Toronto. Has a fondness for political and historical literature, and comic books.
