Chef Ramsay inspires the six contestants by taking them to the site of the London West Hollywood restaurant that the season's winner will run. Back at the kitchen, the teams are merged, and each chef is given one main ingredient and told to feature it in a dish. During dinner service, one chef accidentally burns the rice while another burns a hand. And that's not all that goes wrong. Rock Harper, the 2007 winner, makes an appearance.
