Episode 1 - Fern Britton and Phil Vickery

Celebrity TV couple Fern Britton and Phil Vickery take a trip around Devon with experts Mark Stacey and James Braxton. In a classic car, armed with £400 each, the teams scour antique shops for buys that will make a profit at auction in Crewkerne, Somerset. On their journey, novelist Fern finds out more about another lady writer, Agatha Christie, and Phil goes back to the basics of bread making.

  

Episode 2 - Janice Long and Ken Bruce

Celebrity radio DJs Janice Long and Ken Bruce swap the radio studio for the TV screen as they embark on a trip around Oxfordshire with experts Christina Trevanion and Paul Laidlaw. With £400 each and a classic car to play with, they must find antiques that will sell at auction for a profit. En route, Ken indulges his passion for buses and Janice goes back to the early days of music recording.

Episode 4 - Simon Williams and Duncan Preston

Stars of stage and screen, Simon Williams and Duncan Preston team up with James Lewis and Philip Serrell for a buying trip around Essex. With £400 each and two classic cars, their mission is to find items to sell for profit at auction in Torquay, Devon. On the way Duncan tries his hand at an ancient craft and a collector of sporting memorabilia has a tale to tell about Boris Johnson.

  

Episode 5 - Colin Baker and Peter Purves

It’s a time travelling treasure hunt as the sixth Doctor Who, Colin Baker, pairs up with Blue Peter stalwart Peter Purves who played the first Doctor’s assistant. The two explore Herefordshire and Worcestershire in the TARDIS, disguised as a 1970 Morris Minor. Two of the three Goodies, Tim Brooke-Taylor and Graeme Garden, get back into character as they pair up with experts Will Axon and Philip Serrell and take to the road in Devon. In a classic car each and with £400, they’re looking for items to turn a profit at auction. Along the way, these comedians who bought us surreal off-the-wall comedy enter the equally surreal world of two eccentric inventors.

Thespians Hermione Norris and John Thomson join up with experts Mark Stacey and Catherine Southon on a sun-drenched trip around Cornwall. In a classic car, with £400 in their pocket, they aim to buy antiques to sell for profit at auction in Wandsworth, London. On the way, John gets a regional nautical history lesson while Hermione conquers her fears and takes off in a classic aircraft.

  

Episode 8 - Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts

Presenters of BBC’s Homes Under the Hammer, Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts, trade homes for antiques! Paired up with a classic car, experts James Braxton and James Lewis, and £400 in their pocket, they scour Hampshire in search of bargains to sell at auction for profit--to benefit BBC Children in Need. Plus, they visit a school for spies and a collection of Sherlock Holmes memorabilia.

Actors Frances Barber and Phil Davis put their scripts aside and pair up with experts Catherine Southon and Thomas Plant for a celebrity buying spree around East Sussex. Episode 10 - Edwina Currie and Eve Pollard

Former MP and health minister Edwina Currie goes head-to-head with journalist and former newspaper editor Eve Pollard on this trip around Liverpool and Manchester. Paired with experts Paul Laidlaw and David Harper, the ladies hit the road armed with £400 and a brief to buy antiques to make a profit at auction. Along the way Edwina goes underground and Eve sees a different side to woman’s lib.

It’s Weatherfield versus Walford, as Shaun Williamson--Barry from Eastenders takes on Vicky Entwistle--Janice Battersby from Coronation Street. They’re road-tripping across Yorkshire in a stunning TVR Chimera with Paul Laidlaw and Mark Stacy to see who can turn £400 into the biggest profit at auction. On the way Vicky uncovers a tale of murder and intrigue to make any soap proud.

  

Episode 12 - Judith Chalmers and Mark Durden-Smith

It’s a family feud as globe-trotting Judith Chalmers takes on son, TV presenter Mark Durden-Smith. They visit Worcestershire and Gloucestershire before an auction in Stroud. With £400 each and a racy 1970s TR6 all they need are a couple of guides--Paul Laidlaw and James Lewis--to help them sort the tourist tat from treasure. Plus, a stop to see how the Victorians honed the art of the holiday.

  

Episode 13 - Miles Jupp and Nina Wadia

Comedians Miles Jupp and Nina Wadia join Thomas Plant and Catherine Southon to shop around Berkshire and Buckinghamshire in two classic cars, with £400 to spend on antiques for auction. Miles discovers Buckinghamshire’s domination of the chair industry and Nina finds out about a group of flying heroes of WWII. The team with the biggest profit wins, and all proceeds go to BBC Children in Need.

  

Episode 14 - Jodie Kidd and James Martin

Supermodel Jodie Kidd and chef James Martin are raring to go in Sussex. These petrol-heads love fast cars so it’s only fitting that they’re vying for pole position in a pair of Jaguar E types as they race to find antiques to take to auction. Riding shotgun are Philip Serrell and David Harper to help steer them to the finish line in Lewes, with a pit stop at the birthplace of British motorsports.

  

Episode 15 - Michaela Strachan and Martin Hughes-Games

Today’s big game hunt features Spring Watch presenters Michaela Strachan and Martin Hughes-Games who’ll be on safari in a 1964 MGB. Starting in Wiltshire and ending at auction in Somerset, they’ll be joined by experts Mark Stacy and James Braxton who’ll guide them through the antiques jungle. On the way, biker Martin enters hostile territory--the world of scooters and Mod culture.

  

Episode 16 - Robert Bathurst and Amanda Donohue

It’s curtain up on a road trip battle as two stars of stage and screen, Robert Bathurst and Amanda Donohue, team up with experts Philip Serrrell and David Harper. They take their classic cars on a jaunt through Norfolk and Lincolnshire, hunting for hidden treasure and ending at auction in Kent. On the way Amanda discovers that the secret history of Valentine’s Day has a dark twist.

  

Episode 17 - Janet Ellis and Sophie Ellis

It’s a family feud for fortunes as TV presenter Janet Ellis and her daughter, pop star Sophie Ellis Bextor, road trip from Essex to Yorkshire. Joining them on their quest in their classic cars are experts Philip Serrell and Will Axon. On the way Janet uncovers the story of a long lost soldier, and Sophie pays homage to the humble honeybee.

  

Episode 18 - Rosemary Shrager and Jean-Christophe Novelli

Rosemary Shrager and Jean-Christophe Novelli take to the road in a classic Ford Mustang to see who can cook up the most profits. With £400 each, experts Margie Cooper and Paul Laidlaw help the chefs sift through bargains as they travel through Yorkshire, stopping to discover a menu fit for a king. It’s 80’s superstar turned award-winning gardener Kim Wilde vs. Home Front in The Garden visionary Diarmuid Gavin. They’ll try their green fingers at digging up seeds to grow a profit at auction, hitting the road in a Jaguar XJS and stopping to meet some literary ladybirds. Helping them cut a swathe through the antiques undergrowth from Hertfordshire to Cheshire are Jonathan Pratt and Will Axon.

  

Episode 20 - Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and Waldemar Januszczak

Fantastical interior designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and straight-talking art critic Waldemar Januszczak turn the rules upside down and decide to beat the antiques experts at their own game. Rather than go head-to-head, they team up--in a stylish Jaguar XJS--against veteran supremos Charles Hanson and Charlie Ross, challenging them to an Arty vs. Antiques duel through Cheshire and Staffordshire.
