Episode 1 - 18 Chefs CompeteFor their first challenge, the contestants have 45 minutes to prepare their signature dishes for a discerning Chef Ramsay. The winners attend Drai's Nightclub as VIP guests.

Episode 2 - 17 Chefs CompeteThe chefs have twenty minutes to make baskets of shrimp dumplings. The winners take a helicopter to Malibu for lunch with Chef Ramsay at Geoffrey's.

Episode 3 - 16 Chefs CompeteTo improve communication skills, Chef Ramsay gives each chef a jacket with a recipe on the back. The teammates must relay the recipes to one another.

Episode 4 - 15 Chefs CompeteEach chef gathers five rubber ducks with ingredients on them, then uses the ingredients to construct a duck dish. The winners travel by yacht to a Santa Monica penthouse.

Episode 5 - 14 Chefs CompeteEach team must create a holiday platter representing three major holidays: the Fourth of July, Cinco de Mayo and Mardi Gras. The winners get a wine mixing lesson.

Episode 6 - 12 Chefs CompeteIn this episode, Chef Ramsay takes the remaining contestants to the supermarket for another grocery challenge.

Episode 7 - 11 Chefs CompeteAfter welcoming newlywed sous chef Andi Van Willigan back to "Hell's Kitchen," Chef Ramsay requests that both teams make six dishes each.

Episode 8 - 10 Chefs Compete (Part One)After treating the contestants to a performance by guitarist Steve Vai, Chef Ramsay gives them a new five-dish challenge.

Episode 9 - 10 Chefs Compete (Part Two)The chefs cook bison with international flair. The winners meet some animal actors while the losers make bread and butter from scratch.

Episode 10 - 9 Chefs CompeteEach team has thirty minutes to create vegetarian, sweet, meat and seafood breakfast dishes. The winners take a private plane to Palm Springs.

Episode 11 - 8 Chefs CompeteThe teams have only five minutes to gather ingredients for a rack of lamb, sea bass and chicken. The chefs take turns cooking before being replaced by a teammate.

Episode 12 - 7 Chefs CompeteThe remaining chefs compete in the annual blind taste test. The winners go on a shopping spree at Roland Products while the losers prepare the foul-smelling durian fruit for a dessert.

Episode 13 - 6 Chefs CompeteConfined to straitjackets, the contestants must help their visiting loved ones re-create Chef Ramsay's branzino dish.

Episode 14 - 5 Chefs CompeteAt Animo Venice Charter High School, Ramsay surprises the final five with high school photos of themselves. Each chef must cook a unique dish in forty minutes.

Episode 15 - 3 Chefs CompeteThe contestants have forty minutes to cook a steak and two sides. The winner dines at Beverly Hills' CUT while the losers clean the truck and motorbikes used to drive to Las Vegas.

Episode 16 - Winner ChosenOn the USS Iowa, the final two chefs must create three main entrees, one cold appetizer and one hot appetizer. The winner gets first pick in creating a team from eliminated chefs.
