With boozy ingredients like ale and almond liqueur, which will prove they can handle their liquor... and who will be doing the walk of shame?

With Vegas' culinary reputation on the line, will Sin City stand tall or will the outsider leave Nevada victorious?

Episode 4 - Offal GoodTwo elite Las Vegas chefs--one of whom was the loser in the first EVER Late Nite Chef Fight--leave their roomy kitchens and take to the food trucks to prove they can rock every part of the animal. With wild ingredients such as Rocky Mountain oysters, beef brains and chicken hearts, which one will win the judges over by turning these acquired tastes into palatable plates?
