Episode 1 - Danny Got His Gun, Pt. 2

The night court gang mourns the loss of Dan Fielding (JOHN LARROQUETTE), who is presumed dead after his Army Reserve plane crashes in the Arctic Circle. Meanwhile, Dan is very much alive and living in an igloo--set to perform emergency surgery to save the life of a young girl.

  

Episode 2 - Danny Got His Gun, Pt. 3

Stranded in the Arctic, Dan (JOHN LARROQUETTE) performs delicate surgery on an Eskimo while his colleagues in New York, thinking he is dead, have a memorial service for him.

  

Episode 3 - Fire

Dan (JOHN LARROQUETTE), in a heated race for state office, waits for the election returns while he and the rest of the night court staff are in a heated race for their lives as they sit trapped in the basement of the burning courthouse.

  

Episode 4 - Harry and the Tramp

Harry (HARRY ANDERSON) finds out his date for an awards banquet is a pornography star. Meanwhile, Bull (RICHARD MOLL) glues his fingers to the side of his head while trying to fix a broken coffee mug.

Dan (JOHN LARROQUETTE) is taken hostage in a sleazy hotel by a psychotic female prisoner (NANA VISITOR) who escapes the custody of a pretty but bumbling bailiff trainee (DENNY DILLON) who is attracted to Bull (RICHARD MOLL).

  

Episode 6 - The Last Temptation of Mac

When Christine (MARKIE POST) cooks a lavish Thanksgiving meal for the entire courtroom, everyone gets a case of food poisoning. Meanwhile, Mac (CHARLES ROBINSON) deals with an overzealous classmate who has more on her mind than studying.

  

Episode 7 - The Law Club

Dan (JOHN LARROQUETTE) risks membership into a prestigious law club to protect Christine's (MARKIE POST) virtue, while Harry (HARRY ANDERSON) and Bull (RICHARD MOLL) rehearse for a magic show where Bull "loses his head."

  

Episode 8 - Night Court of the Living Dead

Christine (MARKIE POST) is replaced after being listed as dead by Personnel's computer, and a defendant is suddenly "alive" after twenty years in a coma. Also, a mad professor gives life to a talking black box that makes decisions based on logic not emotions.

  

Episode 9 - The Night Court Before Christmas

Harry (HARRY ANDERSON) jails Roz (MARSHA WARFIELD) on Christmas Eve when she won't divulge the location of a truckload of toys mistakenly given to needy kids.

  

Episode 10 - Mental Giant

Bull (RICHARD MOLL) accepts a post at a prestigious think tank after it is learned that he is a genius. Meanwhile, Harry (HARRY ANDERSON) must deal with Bull's crusty, old and inept replacement.

Harry (HARRY ANDERSON) bets on his alma mater's Lacrosse team only to lose then win again. Meanwhile, Christine (MARKIE POST) doubts her maternal instincts when she has difficulty caring for a neighbor's infant.

  

Episode 12 - The Clip Show, Pt. 1

Clark Edwards (RICHARD SANDERS), a city auditor, scoffs at the idea that Harry (HARRY ANDERSON) and his courtroom are a magnet for bizarre and costly happenings... until a clown enters Harry's chambers and orders everyone to freeze.

  

Episode 13 - The Clip Show, Pt. 2

As the city audit continues, while Harry (HARRY ANDERSON), his staff and the auditor are held captive by a clown, the auditor becomes convinced that Harry's courtroom is indeed a magnet for the bizarre.

  

Episode 14 - The Trouble Is Not in Your Set

The courtroom turns into a circus when Harry (HARRY ANDERSON) allows court proceedings to be shown on cable TV. A confused, grenade-wielding woman holds the court hostage when she confuses reality with television and Dan (JOHN LARROQUETTE) beefs up his campaign for state office.

Harry (Harry Anderson) tries to save a group of nuns from losing their orphanage; and Dan (John Larroquette) takes part in a pool to see how much "raw tonnage" he can convict in a month.

Christine (MARKIE POST) shocks the night court staff when she brings in her new boyfriend--a wealthy man in his mid-sixties. Meanwhile, Dan (JOHN LARROQUETTE) sinks to an all-time low in an effort to fund his campaign for state assembly.

  

Episode 17 - Strange Bedfellows

Dan (JOHN LARROQUETTE) falls in love with his opponent for a state assembly seat (JANET ZARISH), while Harry (HARRY ANDERSON) alienates his idol, Mel Torme (HIMSELF), by giving him the flu and making him miss his own concert.

  

Episode 18 - From Snoop to Nuts, Pt. 1

Harry (HARRY ANDERSON) participates in a government sting operation to catch a gangster. Meanwhile, he finds out his stepfather, Buddy Ryan (JOHN ASTIN)is his real dad.

While taking part in a government sting operation, Judge Harry Stone (HARRY ANDERSON) is ordered to be killed by a known mobster. Meanwhile, he learns why his demented father, Buddy Ryan (JOHN ASTIN), never told him about their relationship.

Roz (Marsha Warfield) falls in love with Christine's pen pal, a man she believes is an ex-con. Meanwhile, the staff walks on pins and needles--and roaches, as the prehistoric vermin infest the courtroom.

Christine (MARKIE POST) agrees to a date with Art (MIKE FINNERAN) even though she doesn't want to go, and Mac (CHARLES ROBINSON), is frantic because Dan (JOHN LARROQUETTE) has lost an important computer file.

  

Episode 22 - Yet Another Day in the Life

In yet another day in the life, the courtroom of Judge Harry T. Stone (HARRY ANDERSON) becomes a holding cell when a water pipe bursts. Meanwhile, Dan (JOHN LARROQUETTE) has Harry rush through the court session so he can get an early start on his vacation.
