After learning that he's not the guest of honor, M.O.D.O.K. enlists Melissa's help in manipulating the executives into respecting him. His schemes accidentally lead to him opening up a portal that brings the dangerously hedonistic alien species, the Ciegrimites, to the conference. Monica is promoted to Scientist Supreme and M.O.D.O.K. is stripped of his authority. He refuses to go back home with his dad, so M.O.D.O.K. takes control of an army of Asgardian warriors and wages war against his son.
