Won the 2008 College Comedy Championship with her college improv team. Joined the comedy troupe, The Striking Viking Story Pirates in 2009. Used the footage from her final round performance with her college improv team as her audition for Big Lake.
Trained at the Upright Citizens' Brigade Theatre in New York.
