    Mary Ann designed a special warm up to give the lower back some tender loving care. She shares great exercises for finger dexterity and strength. Gretchen leads a segment using a resistance band to strengthen core and postural muscles.

    This episode features a variety of exercises to strengthen the core with an emphasis on the abdominal muscles. Later in the program, a guest instructor from Texas leads a fun line dance to challenge coordination and balance. Mary Ann ends the program with a visual relaxation.
