Despite everything she knew as a healthcare professional, she was terrified of her breast cancer diagnosis and she was unsure of what the future held. After a less-than-exceptional experience as a mastectomy patient and breast cancer survivor, Lillie was inspired to combine her passion for patient care with her experience as an oncology nurse.
