Trivia:
As lead singer for the '80s hair metal band Poison, Bret Michaels was a poster boy for the L.A. glam-metal scene. His blond locks and irreverent attitude no doubt brought him lots of attention from women, but in 2007 he decided that he needed to find the right one, so he signed up to star in the VH1 reality series Rock of Love. Based on the format of the popular series The Flavor of Love, the show rounded up more than 20 attractive young groupies to compete for Michaels' affection, facing an elimination every week until one lucky lady won the chance to be his number-one girl. The show ran for several seasons, and spawned a number of spin-offs.
