Pat and his wagon passenger, Diana Jamison are attacked by two men, who plan to abduct Diana, but Gene is able to foil their plans. Steve Kinney tries to scare Diana's father, Dave into selling his ranch to have two ranches linked togethe across the border to smuggle good. Steve tries to ambush Dave, but is unsuccessful, and Gene is able to apprehend one of his outlaw members. The two men, then attack Dave's ranch and kidnap Diana. Gne chases after them, only able to apprehend on of them.
