Born: October 11, 1969
Birthplace: Phoenix, Arizona, United States
Trivia: Professional rodeo cowboy Ty Murray racked up a series of awards and honors, beginning in the late '80s, that pushed him to the forefront of his chosen sport. A native of Phoenix, AZ, and the son of a rodeo hand father and bull-riding mother, Murray won his first rodeo in primary school, then aggressively began to save money breaking colts and parlayed his earnings into the purchase of a mechanical bull-riding machine. As a young adult, Murray quickly worked his way into two elite and exclusive rodeo organizations -- the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) and the Professional Cowboys Rodeo Association (PCRA) -- and made a series of historical firsts. In addition to checking in as the youngest millionaire rodeo star in history, he became the first individual since Larry Mahan to qualify for the NFR in all three rough-stock events, won seven All-Around World Championship titles, and qualified as the reserve PBR Bud Light Cup World Champion three years in a row. The passage of Murray's career witnessed him sustaining innumerable injuries, from which he smoothly recovered, seemingly without effort. He ultimately retired from professional rodeo competition and maintained his ranch in Stephenville, TX. In 2008, Murray married his girlfriend of 10 years, singer/songwriter Jewel. Later that year, it was announced that he would be appearing alongside his wife on the popular reality show Dancing with the Stars.
Nicole Sullivan (Actor) .. Nancy Twicker
Born: April 21, 1970
Birthplace: New York, New York, United States
Trivia: Upbeat, high-octane actress and comedienne Nicole Sullivan gravitated to dramatic performance at age seven and reportedly caught the comedy bug from her New York state assemblyman father and antiques dealer mother. After high school, Sullivan enrolled in the prestigious Northwestern University, then studied at London's British American Dramatic Academy for one year before settling in Hollywood in the early '90s. The actress reportedly endured a long string of failed auditions and failed television pilots upon arrival, though she eventually broke through to public recognition as one of the resident performers on the Fox network's revue comedy program MADtv. That only marked the beginning, and within a few years of her MAD debut, Sullivan branched out in innumerable directions, such as voicing Mira Nova in the direct-to-video animated sequel Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins (2000) and making guest appearances on series programs including Crank Yankers, Monk, and Family Guy. Sullivan connected with much steadier work by signing on to play Holly Shumpert on seasons 4-6 of the popular Kevin James sitcom The King of Queens from 2001-2004, then moved into features, including the animated outings The Ant Bully (2006) and Meet the Robinsons (2007), and mirrored these accomplishments on the small screen with voiceover work on the animated series Slacker Cats. In 2008, Sullivan returned to the sitcom format with Rita Rocks; she played Rita Clements, a working wife and mother who moonlights as a rock star. She went on to appear in Black Dynamite and Let It Shine

Played Brutus in the stage production of Julius Caesar while studying at the Juilliard School. Is a graduate of the professional acting program at the Marjorie Ballentine Studio. Made his professional theater debut as Song Liling in M. Butterfly at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C. in 2004.

A hit with viewers, Braun continued playing to the same audience, taking on the role of Ava Vitali on Days of Our Lives in 2008, and Reese Williams on All My Children from 2008 to 2009. Braun has also made guest appearances on shows like House and 7th Heaven.
Julie Brown (Actor) .. Connie Dellaquilla
Chuck Hittinger (Actor) .. Troy Birkhart
Joseph Campanella (Actor) .. Grissley Geezer
Born: November 21, 1927
Trivia: Actor Joseph Campanella's father, a Sicilian immigrant, was an early member of the American Federation of Musicians; perhaps as a result, the younger Campanella remained active in liberal "underdog" political causes all his life. At eighteen, Campanella became one of the youngest-ever skippers in the wartime navy. He went on to attend Columbia University, then began his acting career on the New York stage and in TV soap operas. Over the next three decades he would portray Joe Turino on The Guiding Light, Alec Fielding on The Doctors, Dr. Ted Steffen on the nighttime TV serial The Doctors and the Nurses and Senator Harper Devereaux on Days of Our Lives. Additional TV assignments for Campanella included the role of Mike Connors' boss on the first season (1967-68) of Mannix; attorney Brian Darrell on four seasons (1969-73) of The Bold Ones; and Hutch Corrigan on the 1985-86 season of The Colbys. He also narrated several National Geographic Specials, and was host of the syndicated 1983 revival of This is Your Life. A steadfast film supporting player, Campanella was finally awarded a lead in 1972's "rampaging rat" thriller Ben, only to find that his was the second name above the title: "Leave it to me," Campanella remarked with his usual self-deprecation, "to get second billing to a rat in my first big starring movie." Recent credits include a "guest voice" role as Dr. Thorne on the Fox Network's Batman: The Animated Series. Joseph Campanella is the brother of Frank Campanella, a character actor usually cast as uniformed big-city cops.

William Peterson (Actor)
Charles Hittinger (Actor) .. Troy Birkhart
Louise Lombard (Actor) .. Det. Sofia Curtis
Born: September 13, 1970
Birthplace: London, England, United kingdom
Trivia: Louise Lombard lived and breathed the fine arts from an early age, and projected extreme versatility in many arenas. A trained dancer and actress from early childhood, Lombard graduated to television commercials by age 14, and subsequently delved into dramatic roles. Lombard evinced a remarkable predilection for emotionally and psychologically challenging evocations, such as that of a heroin addict in a PSA directed by Jon Amiel (Copycat). After gracing the BBC series Casualty and Bergerac, the ITV show Capital City, and the ITV telemovies Catherine Cookson's A Black Velvet Gown, and Perfect Scoundrels: Sweeter Than Wine, Lombard broke through to national fame in 1991, with the lead role of Evangeline Eliott in the three-season House of Eliott series on the BBC. The story concerns two sisters who travel the road from extreme poverty to wealth as proprietors of the most successful dressmaking business in all of England. For the remainder of the 1990s, Lombard sought out a series of highly individualized and intelligent projects, including Elizabeth Gill's 1997 ensemble drama Gold in the Streets (as the girlfriend of an illegal Irish immigrant) and the ITV series Bodyguards (as one of the toughs of the title). After a brief tenure as a literature student at Cambridge University (as well as studying photography and print work at St. Martin's College), Lombard spent the first decade of the new millennium branching out into more internationally oriented roles, including insurance investigator Ellen Brachman in the Dutch movie Claim (2000), and the part of Kath in My Kingdom (2001), a highly modernized adaptation of Shakespeare's King Lear. American viewers, however, will most closely associate Lombard with the romantic lead of Lady Anne Davenport in the Viggo Mortensen period adventure saga Hidalgo (2004), and the role of Dr. Harriet Fellows, a physician who assists crash survivor Alec Baldwin, in the TNT telemovie Second Nature (2003).

Newsome's career escalated most dramatically, however, between 2006 and 2007, with her contributions to the comedy Little Miss Sunshine (2006), the Adam Sandler drama Reign Over Me, the drama Things We Lost in the Fire, and the ABC detective series Women's Murder Club (as Claire Washburn, a member of an all-female team of investigators).
