Nancy Cartwright (Actor) .. Chuckie Finster
Born: October 25, 1957
Birthplace: Kettering, Ohio, United States
Trivia: Eternally known as the voice of Bart Simpson, Nancy Cartwright is one of the most prolific voice actors of her time. Born in an Ohio suburb in the late '50s, she grew up doing community theater and watching cartoons. In her last year at Ohio University, she got a chance to meet Hanna-Barbara voice actor Daws Butler. Better known by his character names Huckleberry Hound, Yogi Bear, and Quick Draw McGraw, Butler suggested she transfer to U.C.L.A. and start going to auditions. By 1980, Cartwright had her first professional job as the voice of Gloria on Richie Rich. With her new Screen Actors Guild card, she also got normal acting roles on the TV movie Marian Rose White, the feature film Twilight Zone: The Movie, and several television guest appearances. Her voice was heard as multiple characters on beloved '80s cartoons like My Little Pony & Friends, Pound Puppies, Space Ace, and Galaxy High School. Eventually Cartwright started to get singular roles like Kip on ShirtTales and Daphne on Snorks. In 1987, she auditioned for the role of Lisa Simpson on The Simpsons but she landed the role of Bart instead. After a few years of shorts on The Tracey Ullman Show, The Simpsons got its own time slot on FOX in 1990. Cartwright won an Emmy and an Annie award for her work, which has expanded to several other Springfield youths including Ralph Wiggum, Todd Flanders, Milhouse, Kearney, and Nelson. While still working on The Simpsons, she also did voices for Animaniacs, Goof Troop, and The Critic, as well as numerous short-lived cartoons (remember God, the Devil and Bob?). Cartwright has also found time to perform the one-woman play In Search of Fellini and write her autobiography My Life as a Ten-Year-Old Boy. In 2001 she took over for Christine Cavanaugh in the role of Chuckie on Rugrats while working on Kim Possible and launching her Internet animation company, SportsBlast. Her voice can also be heard on the web cartoons The Kellys and Timberwolf.Cartwright would continue to remain an extremely active force in the world of voice acting over the coming years, most notably on series like All Grown Up, The Replacements, and Betsy's Kindergarten Adventures.
E G Daily (Actor) .. Tommy Pickles
Born: September 11, 1961
Birthplace: Los Angeles, California, United States
Trivia: With her ample animation work and a parallel career as a singer/songwriter, Elizabeth Daily has made the most of her husky yet youthful voice as well as her acting ability. Making her film debut in 1981, Daily starred as a young singer in the independent Street Music. Occasionally billed as "E. G. Daily," Daily played mostly supporting roles in movies throughout the 1980s, including one of the titular types in the clever teen comedy Valley Girl (1983). Her distinctive voice helped make Daily's cheerful Dottie the perfect romantic partner for Paul Reubens' signature man-boy Pee-Wee Herman in Tim Burton's cartoon-esque comedy hit Pee-Wee's Big Adventure (1985). After appearing in the John Hughes-produced Dutch (1991) and Nancy Savoca's unjustly-overlooked romance Dogfight (1991), Daily focused her energies more extensively on TV and animation voice-over work, including Nickelodeon's popular Rugrats series and The Rugrats Movie (1998). When the original voice actress for the 1995 hit Babe demanded too hefty a raise for its sequel, Daily stepped in to voice the irrepressibly upbeat young sheep-herding pig in Babe: Pig in the City (1998) -- and lost to herself at the box office when the far darker Babe 2 opened poorly against Rugrats. Along with acting, Daily's music has been included on the soundtracks of Scarface (1983), The Breakfast Club (1985,) and Better off Dead (1985).
Cree Summer (Actor) .. Susie Carmichael
Kath Soucie (Actor) .. Lil
Cheryl Chase (Actor) .. Angelica Pickles
Born: December 25, 1958
Ashley Rae Spillers (Actor) .. Didi Pickles
Born: August 13, 1986
Dionne Quan (Actor) .. Kimi Finster
Natalie Morales (Actor) .. Betty DeVille
Born: February 15, 1985
Trivia: Made professional debut as an evil-fighting heroine in ABC Family's The Middleman, a short-lived series based on a comic book. Produced a pilot for a sitcom called Quitters, which eventually became a web series. In 2009, a guest stint as an FBI agent on USA Network's White Collar turned into a full-time gig after she was promoted to series regular. Film career picked up in 2010 with roles in the Jennifer Aniston flick The Bounty Hunter, the Drew Barrymore romantic comedy Going the Distance and the sequel Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.
Michael McKean (Actor) .. Grandpa Lou Pickles
Born: October 17, 1947
Birthplace: New York, New York, United States
Trivia: You knew him as Lenny Koznowski, the nasal, nerdish pal of Andrew "Squiggy" Squigman (David L. Lander) on the hit TV series Laverne and Shirley. Show-biz insiders knew Michael McKean as an intelligent, versatile actor and writer. Shedding himself of the "Lenny" image after Laverne and Shirley folded in 1983, McKean became involved in several ensemble comedy projects with such kindred spirits as Harry Shearer, Rob Reiner and Christopher Guest. In the 1984 "rockumentary" spoof This Is Spinal Tap, McKean played the cockney-accented heavy metal musician David St. Hubbins. Apparently McKean enjoyed posing as an Englishman, inasmuch as he has done it so often and so well since Spinal Tap, most recently as Brian Benben's snippish boss on the cable TV sitcom Dream On. In the early '90s, McKean was one of the stars of another, less memorable TV comedy, Grand, and appeared for two season on Saturday Night Live. He continues to land film roles, usually in comedies, including the successful The Brady Bunch Movie (1995).
Tommy Dewey (Actor) .. Stu
Born: August 03, 1978
Tony Hale (Actor) .. Chas
Born: September 30, 1970
Birthplace: West Point, New York, United States
Trivia: For fans of the cult-favorite series Arrested Development, Tony Hale's spectacled face is all too familiar. He charmed and terrified a legion of fans as Buster, the most titularly immature of the adult siblings on the show from 2003 to 2006, but Hale's career has extended far beyond the borders of this one tragically canceled series. He attended the Young Actors Theatre in his home state of Florida, and in 1992 earned a degree in journalism from Alabama's Samford University. He went on to earn his master's from the School of Communication and the Arts at Regent University in Virginia before moving to New York to begin his professional acting career. In addition to various TV appearances, Hale filled out his résumé in these early years with commercials, including an iconic ad for Volkswagen in which he enthusiastically lip synced to "Mr. Roboto" by Styx from the front seat of a VW Golf. He also helped found a Christian ministry called the Haven, which is geared toward artistically minded parishioners. In addition to Arrested Development, Hale has appeared in other major films and TV shows like Stranger Than Fiction and Unaccompanied Minors. Appearances on such popular shows as Chuck, Numb3ers, Community, Justified, and Veep made him something of a small screen staple following the cancellation of Arrested Development, and in addition to his many live-aciton roles, Hale has also lent his distinctive voice to animated features like 2008's The Tale of Despereaux.
Nicole Byer (Actor) .. Lucy Carmichael
Born: August 29, 1986
Birthplace: New Jersey, United States
Anna Chlumsky (Actor) .. Charlotte Pickles
Born: December 03, 1980
Birthplace: Chicago, Illinois, United States
Trivia: Though fourth-billed in her first film, My Girl (1991), 9-year-old advertising model Anna Chlumsky was clearly the star. Playing a mortician's daughter learning about life and love in the early 1970s, Anna made one of the more auspicious movie debuts in recent memory; she also administered the first screen kiss to juvenile superstar Macauley Culkin. Chlumsky would go on to appear as a child actor in films like My Girl 2 (1993), Trading Mom (1994) and Golddiggers: The Secret of Bear Mountain (1995), but eventually transitioned successfully into adult roles with 2007's Blood Car, and acclaimed series like In the Loop, White Collar and Veep.
Omar Benson Miller (Actor) .. Randy Carmichael
Born: October 07, 1978
Birthplace: Los Angeles, California, United States
Trivia: Stocky and heavyset African-American supporting player Omar Benson Miller (whose looks recalled a young Forest Whitaker) debuted onscreen in the early 2000s. Miller appeared in a host of films of varying quality, including 8 Mile (2002), the Richard Gere remake Shall We Dance? (2004), and the direct-to-video sexploitation comedy American Pie Presents: Band Camp (2005). In 2007, Miller tackled slightly more somber material with a key role in the Halle Berry-Benicio Del Toro psychological drama Things We Lost in the Fire, about the relationship between a grieving widow and a heroin addict. Miller would continue to find success on screen for years to come, appearing in movies like Miracle at St. Anna and The Sorcerer's Apprentice, as well as on the TV series CSI: Miami.
Timothy C. Simons (Actor) .. Drew Pickles
Born: June 12, 1978
Birthplace: Readfield, Maine, United States
Trivia: Started acting in college as a member of the Maine Masque, the University of Maine's student theater group. Spent several years after college in Chicago's independent-theater scene before moving to Los Angeles in 2008. Early acting work in Los Angeles included commercials for Best Buy, Honda and Bank of America. An appearance as Abe Lincoln in a 2010 spot for Geico Insurance was seen by a casting director, which led to an audition for HBO's Veep.
