Trivia: Briefly appeared in Dharam Veer (1977) as a child. Broke his leg in an equestrian accident whilst filming Barsaat (1995). In 1996 he won the Filmfare Best Debut Award for his performance in Barsaat. Starred in his brother Sunny's film Dillagi (1999), who also starred alongside him. Received a nomination for the Filmfare Best Actor Award through his performance in Humraaz (2002).
