Dr. Andy Campbell (Patricia Richardson) arrives as Dana's replacement and Lu's new partner. The retired Army colonel starts her unofficial first day by performing a kidney transplant, a procedure that upsets Lu because she suspects the kidney was sold on the black market by a woman who's dying in the ER..
