Lee Majors (Actor) .. Colt Seavers
Born: April 23, 1939
Birthplace: Wyandotte, Michigan, United States
Trivia: A football star at Eastern Kentucky State College, Lee Majors came to Los Angeles armed with a physical education degree and possessed with a vague desire to break into films. He worked as a park recreation director for the City of Los Angeles before entering show business in 1963. Majors was promoted as "the New James Dean," though he personally aspired to become a new Steve McQueen or Paul Newman (he also retained his permit to work as a recreation director, just in case the world wasn't holding its breath for a new Dean, McQueen or Newman). Majors achieved stardom on his own merits in a variety of television series, the most recent of which was 1992's Raven. His best-known TV roles included Heath Barkley on The Big Valley (1965-69), bionic Steve Austin on The Six Million Dollar Man (1973-78) and stunt man Colt Seavers on The Fall Guy (1981-86). In addition, he has headlined a number of made-for-TV movies, essaying the old Gary Cooper part in the 1991 sequel to High Noon and portraying U-2 pilot Francis Gary Powers in a 1976 biopic. Majors would continue to act in the decades to come, memorably appearing in Big Fat Liar and on The Game. For several years, Lee Majors was married to actress Farrah Fawcett.
Doug Barr (Actor) .. Howie Munson
Born: May 01, 1949
Heather Thomas (Actor) .. Jody Banks
Born: September 08, 1957
Birthplace: Greenwich, Connecticut
Trivia: Lead actress, onscreen from Zapped! (1982).
Jo Ann Pflug (Actor) .. Samantha `Big Jack' Jack
Born: May 02, 1940
Birthplace: Atlanta, Georgia
Trivia: After her eye-catching debut as Nurse Dish in the 1970 film version of MASH, American leading lady Jo Ann Pflug remained on call for sexy, come-hither roles. Pflug spent the bulk of her career on television, playing regular roles on Operation Petticoat (1978-79, as Lieutenant Katherine O'Hara) and The Fall Guy (1981-82 as "Big Jack"). She also played Nora Charles in an abortive mid-1970s attempt to revive The Thin Man as a weekly series. While starring as Taylor von Platen on the syndicated soap opera Rituals (1984), Jo Ann Pflug became a born-again Christian; rebelling against the prurient content of Rituals, Pflug quit the program, thereafter devoting herself to religious radio and television projects.
Don Stroud (Actor) .. Randy
Born: September 01, 1943
Sid Haig (Actor) .. Wade
Born: July 14, 1939
Birthplace: Fresno, California, United States
Trivia: Tall, bald and nearly always bearded, Sid Haig has provided hulking menace to many a low-budget exploitationer and high-priced actioner. A 1960 alumnus of the Pasadena Playhouse, Haig has been in films at least since 1964, when he played a lobotomized "poor relation" in the cult horror classic Spider Baby. He has proved quite valuable to such filmmakers as producer Roger Corman and director Jack Hill, playing abusive goons in such fare as The Big Doll House and The Big Bird Cage. Sid Haig's more "respectable" credits include George Lucas' THX 1138 and the 1970 James Bond opus Diamonds are Forever (he's the flunkey who tosses a topless Lana Wood from the window of a high-rise Vegas hotel). After decades of B-movie roles, Haig received a late-career boost in 1997, when he was given a small part in Quentin Tarantino's Jackie Brown. In the ensuing years, he would again work with Tarantino in Kill Bill, Vol. 2, and show up in the Rob Zombie horror flicks House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects.
Lucinda Crosby (Actor) .. Maddy
Born: July 17, 1952
Dee Cooper (Actor) .. Watchman
Born: January 01, 1920
Sammy Jackson (Actor) .. Buyer #1
Born: August 18, 1937
Died: April 25, 1995
Trivia: Character actor Sammy Jackson specialized in playing Southern hayseeds and was best known for playing Airman Will Stockdale in the television version of No Time for Sergeants (1964-1965). Prior to that, he had played a small role in the 1956 film version that made Andy Griffith a star. His other film credits include Night of the Grizzly (1966), Norwood (1970), The Boatniks (1970), and Another Stakeout (1993). He also guest starred on several television shows and appeared occasionally in miniseries and made-for-TV films.
Tony Brubaker (Actor) .. Buyer #2
Ben Cooper (Actor) .. Director
Born: September 30, 1930
Trivia: From adolescence on, Ben Cooper was an actor on both the stage and in radio. After attending Columbia University, Cooper began his film career with 1950's Side Street. A low-key actor, Cooper fluctuated between heroes and villains, mostly in westerns, until retiring from films in 1961. Ben Cooper also popped up in secondary roles on many TV anthologies of the so-called "Golden Era."
Tom Martin (Actor) .. 1st SPX Man
Mary Treen (Actor) .. Cantina Owner
Born: March 27, 1907
Died: July 20, 1989
Trivia: Trained as a dancer, Mary Treen spent the late '20s-early '30s as a leading lady in vaudeville, light opera, and musical comedy. After a handful of Vitaphone short subjects, Treen was signed to a Warner Bros. contract in 1934. She spent the bulk of her film career playing wisecracking clerks and telephone operators, or essaying "heroine's best friend" roles. Her movie assignment was the Tillie the Toiler-type role especially written for her in Paramount's I Love a Soldier (1944), though her many fans would probably nominate her performance as Cousin Tilly in the ubiquitous It's a Wonderful Life (1946). On television, Treen was a regular on the 1954 sitcom Willy, and later played Hilda the maid on The Joey Bishop Show (1962-1965). Mary Treen's final appearance before the cameras was in the 1983 made-for-TV movie Wait Till Your Mother Gets Home!
Jim Antonio (Actor) .. Graham
Born: January 27, 1931
Trivia: Actor Jim Antonio has spent the bulk of his career playing supporting roles on television both in films and as a guest star on series. He has also occasionally appeared in feature films. His brother, Lou Antonio, is an actor and director.
