Gordon construit un robot-chien assez gros pour que toute l'équipe puisse le piloter de l'intérieur et explorer le parc intersidéral en sa compagnie, mais ils se disputent les commandes, roulent sur une fourmilière, laissent les aliens (nom de code: Fourmis) envahir le chien et doivent évacuer leur vaisseau. Ils refusent d'abandonner cet équipement ultra-perfectionné aux mains des aliens et se lancent dans une course poursuite pour récupérer le robot.
