Quand le petit humain sauve une perruche, il s'avère que Cui-cui est un oiseau mécontent, qui n'a pas pu intégrer les rangs des protecteurs. Cui-cui (alt Chirpy) piège l'équipe à l'extérieur de la station afin de prendre possession de tous les gadgets de Gordon. Il représente le pire, mais il fait face aux meilleurs.
