Ghada Abdel Razik plays the role of a woman who owns a liver cart in one of Egypt's more popular neighborhoods and spends her hard-earned money on the education and upbringing of her siblings. The sultana (Abdel Razik), who is also seen by the residents of the neighborhood as a refuge from all their problems and the keeper of their darkest secrets, soon faces a conundrum that threatens to change the course of her life.
