Dex invents a machine to improve Dee Dee's singing voice, but she adjusts the levels and gives herself a deep baritone; an Emergency Broadcast System test interrupts the climax of a movie, so Dex sets out to settle all emergencies around the neighbourhood; Dexter launches Dee Dee's teddy bear out of the lab and into a garbage truck, traumatising Dee Dee and forcing Dex to retrieve it from the dump.
