Trivia:
Sean Young worked as a model in New York, then was signed by the powerful ICM agency. At age 20, Young debuted onscreen in Jane Austen in Manhattan (1980), then attracted much attention for her third film, Blade Runner (1982), in which she portrayed a sympathetic android. After her appearance in No Way Out (1987), which included a steamy sex scene with Kevin Costner in the back of a limo, she was heralded as a major star, but subsequently failed to live up to her potential. She had a well-publicized dispute with director Tim Burton after he dropped her from the cast of Batman; and, most notoriously, she was sued for harrassment by actor James Woods after the two of them worked together on the movie The Boost (1988). Regardless, she has remained a busy screen actress.
