He wanted to pursued a career in music and only did stand up in his spare time, however, when his music career did not take off he became serious about becoming a comedian. He can play the drums and has been a drummer in a few bands. He has been nominated for the main Edinburgh comedy award for five consecutive fringes between 2012-2016. Worked on an independant YouTube series called Sweet Home Ketteringa. Recorded an album with his old band 'Luna Dott Raids The Bee Pigeon'.
