Made his acting debut opposite future wife Genelia D'Souza in Tujhe Meri Kasam (2003) Launched the production house Mumbai Film Company. He first delved into production with the Marathi film Balak Palak (2013) which enjoyed widespread success. Has received several awards, including Star Screen, Zee Cine and IIFA awards, including several as Best Comedian for his role in Masti (2005).
Launched the cricket team Veer Marathi in 2913, which plays in the Celebrity Cricket league.
