Attended music school during his childhood to learn accordion.
Got his first acting role at age 12 after his photo, published by his music teacher, was discovered in the newspaper by casting directors.
Worked with prestigious Russian theater companies, including Tabakov Theatre and Lenkom Theatre.
Moved to Canada in 2012 with his wife and children.
Studied English at the International Language Academy of Canada.
