Biography
About Gerry Dee
Taught high school phys-ed for ten years before becoming a comedian. Won Toronto's Funniest New Comic competition in 1999. Made his US network debut on Star Search with Arsenio Hall in 2003.
Came in third place on the fifth season of Last Comic Standing. Released his first book, titled Teaching: It's Harder Than It Looks, in 2012. Won a Canadian Screen Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Continuing Comedic Role in 2013 for Mr. D.
