About Robert Clendenin

Moved to Australia with his parents in the 1970s and remained there until he returned to the U.S. for college. Held odd jobs before making it as an actor, including a gig teaching an SAT-prep class. First professional acting role was a cameo appearance as a bum on a 1994 episode of The Nanny.
Most famous for playing Dr. Paul Zeltzer on Scrubs and Dr. Tom Gazelian on Cougar Town. Is a cofounder of Circle X Theatre Company in Los Angeles.
