Was a competitive swimmer while growing up. Was employed by CNN (as a college intern and post-graduation), where duties included assisting producers and reporters with research tasks. Cofounded the comedic theater group Bad Puppets.
Has appeared in numerous national commercials, including a spot for Vitamin Water with NBA star LeBron James. Was offered the role of Jeff on the series Chuck after working with Chuck cocreator Josh Schwartz on The O.C. (Krinsky appeared in five episodes of The O.C. as homeless man Darryl.)
