Was discovered while working at a drive-thru at KFC and became one of Puerto Rico's top models. Was a two-time Miss Puerto Rico. Represented Puerto Rico at Miss World 1994.
Was second runner-up in the 1998 Miss Universe pageant. In 2000 became the only model to win every episode of Destination Stardom. Met her husband on the only blind date she's ever been on.
Created the Queen of the Universe beauty pageant in 2012 to include women who are married and/or have children. Had a recurring role on House of Payne and appeared on the fourth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Is involved with children's charity UNESCO.
