Moved to Los Angeles at 16 and landed a record deal with Maverick Records. Appeared as a lab partner in the Oscar-winning film Juno in 2007. Was a background singer in 2007 on tour with Miley Cyrus for the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds concerts.
Is popular in Japan as singer Candice and was voted among the top 10 favorites in a BURRN! music magazine readers poll. Released a CD, It's Always the Innocent Ones, in 2008.
Appeared in Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009) as a backup singer with Hannah's band. Supports the It Gets Better Project.
