Biography
About Keshto Mukherjee
Debuted in the Bengali film Nagarik (1952). After Asit Sen gave him the role of a drunkard in Maa Aur Mamata(1970), he was consequently offered many similar roles, due to his convincing portrayal. Supported Amitabh Bachchan during his less successful career spells and let him stay with him and his family.
Starred in over 300 films in a career lasting over 30 years.
