Lived in Malaysia as a child. Was a long-time presenter on the iconic children's show Play School. Appeared in the Sydney Theatre Company production of Tot Mom from 2009 to '10.
Co-wrote the children's book Jasper and Abby and the Great Australia Day Kerfuffle with former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd; the book was based on the PM's cat and dog and all proceeds were donated to charity. Released a children's album called I'm Not Singing in 2011. Is an avid supporter of the St Kilda Saints.
