Studied at the Central Junior Television Workshop in Nottingham in her teens. Was a member of the band Paperdolls, which toured with Boyzone in the 1990s. Proposed to fiancé Rudi Coleano after just two weeks of dating; wears two engagement rings because Rudi subsequently proposed.
