Spent his childhood backstage at his mother's fashion shows, hanging out with models like Kate Moss. Attended weekend drama workshops at Riverside Studios in London. Studied at the Youngblood Theatre workshop while Carey Mulligan was also a student.
Landed his first acting job at age 15, appearing as a waiter on the British teen soap Hollyoaks. Started college as a French literature major, but dropped out after two weeks to pursue acting.
