Moved to New York City shortly after high school to pursue a modeling career and soon signed a 5-year contract with Wilhelmina Models. Has appeared on The Real Housewives of Atlanta since 2010. Has modeled for Neiman Marcus, Lord & Taylor, Macys, Saks Fifth Avenue, Chicos, Talbots, and Bregdorf Goodman.
Created full-service fashion and modeling school The Bailey Agency School of Fashion. Launched the Be Better Foundation which is devoted to unlocking the potential of young women through interactive fashion industry learning experiences.
