Biography
About Arjun Sarja
Was not allowed by his father to act in a film during his teens. Was officially named Ashok Babu in school and college, but was renamed Arjun Sarja on entering filmdom. Made his acting debut in films after being cast by renowned Kannada film director Rajender Singh Babu.
Got his first break in a Tamil film from actor-producer A.V.M. Rajan and director Ramanarayanan for Nandri (1984). Learnt Karate and Kung fu after joining a marital arts school in childhood and got an orange belt after three years.
