Joined a drama class when she was young, which gave her a way to connect with her classmates.
Started her acting career working in films and television in her home country of Portugal.
To get the role of Ratcatcher 2 in The Suicide Squad (2021), she first sent a self-tape from Portugal, and then was asked to fly to Atlanta for a screen test and audition with real-life rats.
Wasn't familiar with the DC universe before getting cast as Ratcatcher 2 in The Suicide Squad (2021).
Made her English-language debut in the film The Suicide Squad (2021).
