Joined Rapid Fire Theatre, an Edmonton improv group, when he was 16. Belonged to The Draft Six, another Edmonton troupe that specialized in improvised comic films; and Die-Nasty, a mock soap opera (where Fox casting director Marcia Schulman first noticed him). Hangs out with fellow Edmonton natives---and Rapid Fire Theatre/Die-Nasty alums---Nathan Fillion (Firefly; Serenity; Castle) and Ron Pederson (Mad TV).
Provided several voices for the video game Jade Empire.
