Biography
About Steve Nash
In addition to basketball, he also played soccer, hockey and lacrosse while growing up in Victoria, British Columbia. Captained the Canadian men's basketball team in the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Won consecutive NBA MVP Awards for the 2004-05 and 2005-06 seasons.
Involved in numerous charities, from youth sports programs to recycling initiatives; created The Steve Nash Foundation in 2001 to address the health and education needs of children and communities. Is only the third Canadian to appear on a Wheaties box.
