Is an American citizen, although her Father is Pakistani and her mother Czech. Appeared on America's Next Topmodel cycles 2 and 3 in 2004. Started modelling in 2005.
Made her film debut in Imtiaz Ali's romantic musical drama Rockstar (2011). Publically supported the "Save Our Tiger" initiative at several charity events.
