With the group's belief system referencing revolutionary Toussaint Louverture alongside Black Santa, the FBI office across town, aiming to stop terrorists before they strike, starts to tag them as a potential threat. With supervisor Andy Mudd leading the way, they begin to create scenarios by which they can tempt Moses into making a wrong move.
