Trivia: Was discovered by fashion designer Oscar Peralta at Miss Pasig beauty contest; got selected for ABS-CBN's Star Circle Batch 10 in 2001. Started her career with TV show Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay (2002) for which she was nominated as Best Drama Actress at the PMPC Awards in 2003.
