Batman and Robin head off to a planet named Texarkana after receiving a distress alert that a local villain The Capricorn Kid is terrorizing the planet. After defeating the Kid and putting him in jail the Kid vows revenge. He and his group of outlaws travel to Earth break into the Hall of Justice and plot their revenge on all the Super Friends.
