The story of Claressa "T-Rex" Shields, a 2-time Olympic gold medalist in boxing, as she struggles to make it into the ring and continue to thrive after her victories. She is inspired to box early, and volunteer coach Jason Crutchfield is reluctant to train her but sees something in her determination. This leads her to Olympic triumphs and what should have been a bright future, only to discover the glory, pay, and endorsements are hard to come by unless you're in one of the "pretty girl" sports.

Won a local singing contest where the prize was a trip to the LA premiere of Justin Bieber: Never Say Never. Formed a new group with a fellow AGT contestant, Love Dollhouse, that signed with All Def records. Earned a Nollywood and African Film Critics' Award nomination for Best Lead Actress for her part in A Girl Like Grace. Appeared in a 2016 Stand Up to Cancer fundraiser telecast.

Trivia:
Played the baritone and mellophone horn in his high school marching band. Got into acting during sophomore year of college after auditioning for the play Joe Turner's Come and Gone on a whim and landing the lead role. Planned to move to Washington D.C. and work in home security after graduation, before being persuaded to audition for the Yale School of Drama. Became friends with Sterling K. Brown when the pair were playing drag queens in Tarell Alvin McCraney's Wig Out at the Sundance Theatre Lab in 2007. Was part of the original Broadway cast of The Book Of Mormon.
