Tom Selleck (Actor) .. Thomas Sullivan Magnum
Born: January 29, 1945
Birthplace: Detroit, Michigan, United States
Trivia: Leading man and sex symbol, Selleck has a gentle, humorous manner. He attended college on an athletic scholarship, majoring in business. A drama coach suggested he become an actor; soon he began making the rounds of auditions. He won a part in the disastrous film Myra Breckinridge (1970), his screen debut, then appeared in small roles in a handful of films during the '70s. Meanwhile, Selleck was signed to a seven-year contract with Fox, leading to a great many TV roles, including appearances as a recurring character on the TV series "The Rockford Files." Eventually he was chosen as the lead for the TV series "Magnum P.I.;" the show became a hit, staying on the air from 1980-88, and he became a star and sex symbol, winning an Emmy, a Golden Globe award, and a star on Hollywood Boulevard. He suffered a serious career setback in 1981, when he was chosen to star in the Lucas-Spielberg blockbuster Raiders of the Lost Ark, but couldn't get released from his TV responsibilities. Beginning in 1983 he tried to break back into films, finally landing a major hit in a co-starring role in Three Men and a Baby (1987); although he appeared in a dozen films after 1983 he never firmly established himself as a screen star. He has also been active as a TV producer. He is married to English dancer Jillie Mack.
John Hillerman (Actor) .. Jonathan Quayle Higgins III
Born: December 20, 1932
Birthplace: Denison, Texas
Trivia: Natty, mellifluous character actor John Hillerman may have spoken on screen with a pure Mayfair accent, but he hailed from Denison, Texas. Hillerman first gained notice for his fleeting appearances in the films of Peter Bogdanovich: The Last Picture Show (1971), What's Up Doc (1973), At Long Last Love (1975). He was also a semi-regular for director Mel Brooks, prominently cast in Blazing Saddles (1975) and History of the World, Part I (1981). A veteran of dozens of television series, John Hillerman was cast as the insufferable criminologist Simon Brimmer on Ellery Queen (1975), the star's director (and ex-husband) in The Betty White Show (1975), and most memorably as the ultra-correct Jonathan Quayle Higgins II, major domo to never-seen mystery writer Robin Masters, on Magnum PI (1980-88).
Roger E. Mosley (Actor) .. Theodore `T.C.' Calvin
Larry Manetti (Actor) .. Orville `Rick' Wright

Ronald Lacey (Actor) .. Archer Hayes/Picasso/Lowell Xavier Jameson
Born: January 01, 1935
Died: May 15, 1991
Trivia: British character actor Ronald Lacey had a distinguished career in British cinema and television. Lacey's unique face -- some called his looks diabolical -- was his ticket to a number of roles as the wicked, comedic, or the weird. His appearances in American film were few but memorable, since a medical condition kept him from traveling much overseas. Health problems plagued his entire life, and he died of liver failure in 1991, but not before achieving film immortality in his role as the nefarious Nazi Toht, in Steven Spielberg's Raiders of the Lost Ark.Born in London, Lacey served in the military, and then studied drama at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. He landed his first part in the British film The Boys in 1962. Hollywood called, and he was cast in the 1964 film adaptation of W. Somerset Maugham's Of Human Bondage. Thereafter, Lacey was called upon to play a variety of challenging roles, such as the village idiot in Roman Polanski's 1967 film The Fearless Vampire Killers, and a demented soldier in How I Won the War (1967). He also appeared in many BBC productions, including the starring role in the story of Dylan Thomas in 1978.His unusual persona brought him roles in fantasy productions, on both television and the big screen. Notable among these was his characterization of the crazed President of the United States in the 1984 cult film The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai, and as the Bishop of Bath in British television's satire Blackadder II. He also excelled at two turns as transvestites in Trenchcoat (1982) and Invitation to the Wedding (1985).While Lacey will always be remembered for his inimitable performance in Raiders of the Lost Ark, his legacy is being carried on by daughters Rebecca Lacey and Ingrid Lacey, who have both followed their father into the acting profession.
Colleen Camp (Actor) .. Valerie Cane
Born: June 07, 1953
Birthplace: San Fernando, California, United States
Trivia: By any stretch of the imagination, Colleen Camp has enjoyed a diverse film career since her big-screen debut in one of the Planet of the Apes sequels in 1973. She has worked as an actress, dancer, singer, and producer; she was directed by Francis Ford Coppola, Nicolas Roeg, Jack Hill, and Hal Needham; and she was often cast as either a sex symbol or stuffy prude. Born in San Francisco on June 7, 1953, Camp precociously began her acting career in regional theater at the age of three, although her first big break didn't come until more than a decade later, when she was cast as one of the dancing Gold Diggers on The Dean Martin Show. In 1973, the actress landed her first film role with a bit part as a human slave in Battle for the Planet of the Apes; larger roles in The Swinging Cheerleaders and The Last Porno Flick followed, but, in 1975 Camp had the chance to show off her considerable comic talent in Michael Ritchie's satiric comedy Smile. Despite her strong performance, however, her career still failed to catch fire; while she found steady work, she tended to land larger roles in undistinguished films such as The Gumball Rally or Ebony, Ivory and Jade, and smaller parts in more ambitious pictures, such as Apocalypse Now and They All Laughed. (Camp also sang "One Day Since Yesterday" in the latter, a song which briefly grazed the Billboard singles charts.) In time, Camp began to develop something of a cult following, and, while she was still a long way from film stardom, she worked often and landed supporting roles in such hits as Wayne's World, Sliver, Die Hard With a Vengeance, and Election. Married to Paramount executive John Goldwyn, she began working more behind the camera in the '80s, serving as a producer of The City Girl in 1984, and was a part of the production team of a number of other films, including Teenage Caveman, Earth vs. The Spider, and The Day The World Ended.
Laurette Spang (Actor) .. Marge Atherton/Zelda Fitzgerald
Born: May 16, 1951
Birthplace: Buffalo, New York
Vonetta McGee (Actor) .. Inez Stuart/Josephine Baker
Born: January 14, 1945
Died: July 09, 2010
Trivia: Gifted African American actress Vonetta McGee made her movie bow in the 1968 Italian comedy Faustina. After playing roles in a few "blaxploitation" flicks, McGee and her significant other Max Julien produced and co-starred in Thomasine and Bushrod (1974), a critically applauded black variation on the Bonnie and Clyde story. She went on to appear with Bernie Casey in another intensely personal effort, Brothers (1977), in which she played activist Angela Davis. In 1975, McGee was selected as Clint Eastwood's leading lady in The Eiger Sanction. On television, McGee co-starred with Robert Blake in the weekly series Hell Town (1985) and with Jimmie Walker in the syndicated sitcom Bustin' Loose (1987). McGee died at age 65 in 2010, when she was taken off life support following cardiac arrest.
June Chadwick (Actor) .. Lady Cynthia Warrington Stout/'Cindy'
Born: November 30, 1951
Trivia: British stage actress June Chadwick has been in films since 1978's The Comeback. More often seen on TV than in films, Chadwick was busiest in the years 1984 to 1986. She played Jeanine Pettibone in the theatrical-feature "mockumentary" This Is Spinal Tap, Lydia on the sci-fi miniseries V, and Lt. Joanna Parisi in the TV adventure weekly Riptide. In 1992, June Chadwick was cast as the seductive Dr. Alice Davis in the offbeat medical series Going to Extremes.
