The Alba Bales House at North Dakota State University in Fargo once served as a training site for students in Home Economics. During their Senior year, the women lived at the house for six weeks at a time, where they learned how to cook, clean and set beautiful tables. While such training seems antiquated in today's world, the women now look back fondly at their time in this historic house.
