An ex-football player is sued by a woman he dated 40 years ago in college. Back then she allegedly thwarted his dreams of going pro, but more recently, she helped him out of a spot by paying money to get him back from Mexico. Now she wants repayment for a laundry list of small loans. There's obviously a lot of backstory to this case, and the judges will have to identify what's relevant.
