Speaks fluent French. Played for the South East England's Under 16 and Under 18 football teams. Played for the Senior Eastern Counties rugby team. Broke the Guinness World Record for the highest reverse bungee jump in 2008. Had an uncredited role in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Broke the Guinness World Record for the most pumpkins smashed in one minute in 2010. Has done various stunts to raise money for charity including climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, running 145 miles in five days and burning 10,000 calories in one day. Supports the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Haven House Children's Hospice and the Holly Lodge Centre. Since 2000, has run 14 marathons in order to raise funds for the charities he supports. Has played regularly for England in Soccer Aid events which raise money for the Unicef charity. In September 2017, played as a member of footballer Les Ferdinand's team for Game 4 Grenfell.
